How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Delivery times vary depending on location, but most orders arrive within 5–12 business days. Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be sent by email.

Will I receive tracking information?

What is FlipPro made from?

FlipPro is made from nylon and designed for normal household kitchen use. Product details are based on supplier-provided information.

Is FlipPro heat resistant?

FlipPro has supplier-listed heat resistance of up to 210°C. For best care, avoid direct flame, prolonged contact with very hot cookware, or leaving the utensil resting in a hot pan.

Is FlipPro suitable for non-stick pans?

FlipPro is suitable for use with a variety of cookware, including non-stick pans, when used carefully. Avoid using sharp blades or abrasive tools that may damage cookware or the utensil surface.

Is FlipPro dishwasher safe?

FlipPro is listed by our supplier as dishwasher safe. For best long-term care, we recommend rinsing after use and cleaning by hand with warm soapy water when possible.

FlipPro is available in Black, Grey, and Red.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at crava.support@gmail.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video showing the problem. Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where eligible.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. Returns, replacements, or refunds are available only where items arrive damaged, defective, or with missing components.
